Rachael Pereira B. Ost - Osteopathy
Rachael graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in London, where she also undertook a postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy. She is presently undertaking an MSc in Paediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London.
Rachael is fascinated by the self healing mechanisms that exist within the body to maintain a balanced state towards health, as well as the inner vitality and memory of the tissues. She works with patients of all ages, from newborn babies to the elderly, as well as pregnant women & post partum women, treating a wide variety of complaints. Her osteopathic approach is gentle drawing from a wide range of osteopathic techniques and approaches to suit the individual.
Rachael's interests include running, pilates, meditation and gardening. She lives in Forest Row with her two teenage children.
