Kate's relationship with food and nutrition was greatly influenced by her mother's philosophy of eating fresh, healthy foods all the time - revolutionary for the era. She has carried her beliefs throughout her life. Her professional career started in the hotel and catering industry, latterly as a Director of the Eaton Group based in the City. In parallel with gaining extensive food knowledge, her personal interest in nutrition grew. She holds a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition gained from College of Naturopathic Medicine and she currently advises a 'healthy meal' home delivery company. Her belief is that food should not only taste delicious but also help you achieve your optimum state of health.
