Working together with the patient, Joanne believes osteopathy can bring about holistic change to the body, mind and spirit leading to greater comfort in the physical body and greater awareness in the energetic. As such osteopathy is suitable for young and old alike. Trained in energetic massage and osteopathy, Joanne has been combining the two successfully whatever situation the patient wishes to address, be it physical, emotional or spiritual discomfort.
Joanne now also offers stress and anxiety management using the HeartMath® system, a combination of tools and techniques that use biofeedback to assist you in altering your reaction to stress and anxiety.
