Caroline's passion for nutrition was sparked through having a nutrition consultation, which cleared a long standing health condition. This inspired her to complete a degree in nutritional medicine. Caroline believes that everybody has the ability to improve their health and she helps people to realise their potential with lifelong changes to their diet and lifestyle. Her areas of expertise are child health, pregnancy, and digestive disorders. She also works at an international detox spa. Caroline also has a diploma in iridology which is a valuable diagnostic tool, aiding and enhancing nutritional consultations.
