Just three miles from East Grinstead and in the heart of Forest Row, Ashdown Natural Health Clinic is a large, multi-disciplinary complementary therapy centre. The clinic, housed in a characterful 200 year old listed building, is open six days a week including three weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. We aim to offer the highest standards of treatment in a friendly and attractive environment.
With four practising osteopaths and appointments available six days a week, Ashdown Natural Health Clinic is one of the best-served osteopathy practices in the East Grinstead area.
Other treatments offered include homeopathy, acupuncture, counselling, Bowen technique and physiotherapy, podiatry/chiropody, pilates, kinesiology, Swedish massage, sports massage, Indian head massage, Thai yoga massage, hot stones massage, facial rejuvenation massage, ki massage, reflexology, hopi ear candling, reiki and one-to-one yoga lessons.
We realise that the best treatment for a particular condition may not be immediately obvious, and our reception team welcome enquiries - by phone, email and in person - about the most appropriate treatment for a particular condition.
